Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the OneVerse device, apps, and services operated by Brahmaverse. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Organizational users must have authority to bind their organization.

• Minimum age requirement is 16 years old.
• Users are responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality.
• Accurate, current information must be provided and kept updated.
• Accounts providing false information may be suspended or terminated.

OneVerse is an AI-powered recording device with companion applications for transcribing, summarizing, and organizing conversations. Features and pricing vary by plan and region. AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Users must obtain legally required consent before recording conversations. Prohibited uses include:

• Recording without required consent.
• Surveillance, harassment, stalking, or privacy violations.
• Processing content infringing intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.

Brahmaverse is not liable for users’ failure to comply with recording laws.

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or extract source code.
• Build competing products or train competing AI models.
• Interfere with Service integrity or performance.
• Circumvent usage limits or licensing restrictions.
• Use the Service unlawfully or harmfully.
• Resell or sublicense access without written consent.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Users retain all ownership rights to recordings, transcripts, notes, and files created through the Service. Brahmaverse receives a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. The company does not use content to train AI models.

• Paid plans bill in advance monthly or annually with automatic renewal.
• Device purchases bill at checkout with taxes shown beforehand.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at cycle end.
• Devices may be returned within 15 days for full refund in original condition.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods where not legally required.

The Service, software, device design, models, trademarks, and branding are owned by Brahmaverse and protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive only limited rights to use the Service.

The Service may integrate with third-party applications selected by users. These integrations are governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for purpose. We make no warranties regarding transcript accuracy or Service interruption. Hardware devices are covered by a separate limited warranty addressing manufacturing defects.

Brahmaverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions restrict such limitations.

Users agree to indemnify Brahmaverse from claims, damages, or expenses arising from Service use, user content, or Terms violations.

Users may delete accounts anytime. Brahmaverse may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Upon termination, usage rights end immediately, though certain sections survive.

These Terms are governed by Indian law without conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka courts unless local law requires otherwise.

Material changes are notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued Service use after changes constitutes acceptance.
